Warranty Policy for Earrings at Amber & Orange:

Thank you for shopping at Amber & Orange! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer the following warranty policy for our earrings:

 

Warranty Period

We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all of our earrings. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any earrings that are found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. If the same product is not available, we will replace it with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover earrings that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or anything otherwise in accordance of our care and use instructions. It also does not cover earrings that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than us. If we determine that your earrings are not covered by our warranty coverage, there will be no remuneration for any postage paid, and payment will be required to either send the earrings back as they were received by us or a charge will be required to repair and return the earrings back to you.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe that your earrings are defective and eligible for warranty coverage, please contact us at returns@amberandorange.co.uk or via our contact form on our website. We will require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number before we can process your warranty claim.

Once we receive your claim, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the earrings for evaluation. If the earrings are found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace them at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

If your earrings are found to be defective and eligible for warranty coverage, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. However, you will be responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation. Please note that shipping costs are capped at the price of Royal Mail 2nd class large letter delivery.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your earrings are not covered by our warranty or are outside the warranty period, we may still be able to repair them for a fee. Please contact us for more information about our repair services.
