TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General terms
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the sale of earrings ("Products") by Amber & Orange ("Seller") to you ("Buyer").

1.2. By placing an order for Products on the Seller's website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not place an order for Products on the Seller's website.

 

Products
2.1. The Seller sells Products that are hand-finished earrings designed for adults.

2.2. The Seller makes every effort to display the Products on the website as accurately as possible. However, the Seller cannot guarantee that the images or descriptions of the Products are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

 

Orders
3.1. The Seller accepts orders for Products via the website.

3.2. To place an order for Products, you must:

(a) select the Products you wish to purchase;

(b) provide your contact and delivery details;

(c) provide your payment details; and

(d) submit your order.

3.3. The Seller may accept or reject your order at its discretion.

3.4. The Seller may cancel your order if:

(a) the Products are no longer available;

(b) there is an error in the price or description of the Products on the website; or

(c) the Seller reasonably believes your order to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

 

Prices and payment
4.1. The prices of Products are as set out on the website at the time of placing your order.

4.2. The Seller may change the prices of Products at any time without notice.

4.3. The Seller uses a secure payment gateway to process payments for Products.

 

Delivery
5.1. The Seller will deliver the Products to the address specified by you in your order.

5.2. The Seller will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to you within the estimated delivery times set out on the website, but the Seller does not guarantee delivery within these times.

5.3. Risk in the Products will pass to you on delivery.

 

Warranty
6.1. The Seller offers a 12-month warranty on all Products from the date of purchase.

6.2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

6.3. The warranty does not cover:

(a) normal wear and tear;

(b) misuse, neglect or accidental damage;

(c) earrings that have been altered, repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller.

6.4. To claim under the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and comply with the warranty claim process set out on the website.

 

Returns and Refunds
7.1. The Seller accepts returns of Products if:

(a) you notify the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the Products that you wish to return them;

(b) The products are returned in their original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact and in the same condition as when they were delivered;

(c) you have complied with the returns process set out on the website.

7.2. The Seller will refund the purchase price of the Products (excluding any delivery charges) within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products.

 

Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of the Products.

8.2. The Seller's liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

General
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
