DELIVERY INFORMATION

When you buy from us we want to ensure your order arrives as fast as possible and in the same condition it left us.

We use Royal Mail to handle our UK and International deliveries. We send all orders to our customers in the fastest and most cost-effective way via Royal Mail 1st Class (Within the UK) and Royal Mail International Tracked (Outside the UK).

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Information

- Delivery to UK addresses is FREE as standard for all orders.

- Delivery to Non-UK addresses is charged an additional £8.00

EU Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in regulations, we are no longer able to ship to the EU.

We currently ship to The United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand only.

Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping on orders is automatically applied to all eligible orders with a UK delivery address.

Our free shipping service is sent as 1st Class Large Letter with Royal Mail.
Any orders over the value of £50 are shipped fully tracked with Tracked24 for FREE.

Amber & Orange is not responsible for any additional charges that may be required on receipt of your order. Some examples of additional charges that are not the responsibility of Amber & Orange are; import duty, taxes, geographical surcharges, or redelivery fees.
