TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MONTHLY DRAW

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the monthly draw (the "Draw") conducted by AMBER & ORANGE (referred to as "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms).

1.2. By participating in the Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering the Draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Draw is open to individuals anywhere in the world who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required by the individual.

2.2. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of AMBER & ORANGE are not eligible to participate in the Draw.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1. To enter the Draw, eligible participants must be subscribed to our mailing list at the time of the Draw. Subscription is free of charge.

3.2. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Draw.

3.3. Entries received after 13:00 UTC on the last day of each month will not be considered for that month's Draw.

4. DRAW DETAILS

4.1. The Draw takes place on the last day of each month at 16:00 UTC.

4.2. There will be one (1) winner selected randomly from the eligible entries received.

4.3. The winner will receive a free earring bundle comprising a minimum of three (3) pairs of earrings (the "Prize").

5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

5.1. The winner of each Draw will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the Draw date.

5.2. The winner will be required to respond to the notification within fourteen (7) days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner or roll the prize over to the next month's draw.

6. PRIZE DISPATCH

6.1. The Prize will be dispatched to the winner on the next available business day after the winner has confirmed their shipping details. Business days exclude weekends and/or public holidays.

6.2. We will use the mailing address provided by the winner to send the Prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that the mailing address is accurate and up to date.

7. PUBLICITY

7.1. By participating in the Draw, the winner agrees to allow AMBER & ORANGE to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. We will always make efforts to keep your information anonymous and/or conceal personal names in promotional activities. An example of this would be changing your name from "Jane Doe" to "Jane D". This will be accessed on an individual basis and will be subject to our discretion.

8. DISQUALIFICATION

8.1. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acts in a manner that we determine to be inappropriate or disruptive to the Draw.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw at any time without notice, for any reason.

9.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and AMBER & ORANGE with respect to the Draw and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
