GIFT CERTIFICATE & EGIFT CARD TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the issuance, purchase, and redemption of gift certificates ("Gift Certificates") issued by Amber and Orange ("Amber and Orange," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using a Gift Certificate, you ("you" or "the recipient") agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using a Gift Certificate.

 

1. Redemption of Gift Certificates

1.1 Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the Amber and Orange website www.amberandorange.co.uk ("Website").

1.2 To redeem a Gift Certificate, visit our Website, select the desired products, and proceed to the checkout page. At the checkout, enter the unique Gift Certificate code provided with the Gift Certificate. The value of the Gift Certificate will be applied toward the total purchase price. Any remaining credit from a physical gift certificate will be applied to an eGift card within 24 hours and emailed to the purchase order email address. The eGift card or Discount Code with any remaining balance will be valid for 24 months, from the date of creation.

1.3 Gift Certificates can only be redeemed in the currency specified on the Gift Certificate and are valid for purchases made on the Website only.

1.4 Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred to another person or account, without prior consent from Us.

1.5 If the total value of your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, you will be required to pay the remaining balance using a valid payment method accepted on our Website.

2. Gift Certificate Terms

2.1 Gift Certificates are available in fixed denominations determined by Amber and Orange.

2.2 Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Expired Gift Certificates will no longer be valid or redeemable.

2.4 Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.5 Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced or refunded.

2.6 Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates. Any purchase that violates this term will be cancelled.

3. General Terms

3.1 Amber and Orange reserve the right to refuse the sale, issuance, or redemption of Gift Certificates for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Amber and Orange reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.

3.3 In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

3.4 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
